Happy Thanksgiving

We hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving. We have so much to be thankful for. We are truly blessed with a healthy and beautiful little girl, with each other, with a loving family and the best friends we could ask for.
We had breakfast with R's family on Thanksgiving morning. We are doing a white elephant this year, so we picked everyone's names for that. We can spend up to $20 on the person we picked and it has to be something funny. R's mom gave each of the kids $10 to spend on someone or something, but it can't be family. A great thing to teach them when they are young. We have to figure out how K will spend her money since she is a little too young this year. Maybe next year. The kids all had so much fun together and so did we.

After, we came home and my parents, R's mom, M, Pap Pap and R's Uncle Jim all came for dinner. I cooked for the first time, by myself. J brought the pies and my mom made her awesome mashed potatoes.

Peek a boo

I was in the kitchen this morning & K came in to play. She was messing around with the cabinet & moving things around. I didn't care- as long as she didn't break anything. I looked over & she was sitting in the cabinet, trying to close the door. I called R in & he got this great video!

Future Cheerleader

I think K will take after me and be a cheerleader :) Although the Eagles tied, K was still cheering them on. She is definitely her father's daughter though. When she woke up from her nap, she said, "Mommy, I want to watch football." Go Eagles!

21 Months old!

K is 21 months old today- I know I write this every time, but I just can't believe it. Someone asked me how old she was and I said, Oh my gosh, she's going to be 21 months old on the 4th. She is now jumping, sings songs, talks in full sentences and runs. She got her last 1 year old molar. I think her eye teeth will be next and then her 2 year molars after that. She's still so happy and loves life- always running around with a smile. And, she even voted with Daddy today! R took her and let her press the buttons.

Picture with the bear- she is happy she only has 3 more of these to do then we move to yearly!

Twinkle Twinkle Little Star

Last night when I was giving K a bath, she started singing, "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" completly unprompted. Well, of course, I burst into tears because it was the sweetest little voice and just the cutest little thing. I was able to get this little video of her singing today after school. I talked to Leslie (daycare provider) and she said that she's been singing it with the kids. You have to listen closely!

Cookie Time

I love to bake and I thought K would enjoy baking too. Here are some pics of us baking Pumpkin Cookies, which I burned, by the way.
