Tubes for Chase

Chase had tubes put into his ears as well as tear duct opening this morning. He did so well. The nurses there absolutely loved him. They were passing him around and walking around with him. He was showing off and doing all of his tricks. They took him back and 25 mins later the eye dr came out and then the ear doctor telling us how well he did. Coming out of anesthesia was a little rough but after a nice nap at home he was back to his normal sweet self. They asked us to bring in a favorite blanket or stiffed animal. Since Chase doesn't have on e yet, we brought Sophie. They gave Sophie a little wrist band too. Rich too this shot with Chase's baby gown and the second one was after his nap. So happy that is over with.

Chase is 9 Months Old!

Chase is 9 months old today! He is such an active little guy. He's army crawling all over the place. At his well visit yesterday the Dr. Said with as quick as he is, he may never actually crawl. He's pulling up on anything and everything and eating tons of table food. He's drinking really well from his cup too. He started doing so big and I swear when he sees me he says Mama. Rich may think otherwise :). He also started waving today! He is starting to recognize things. If he sees the puffs container or pizza crust he goes crazy. Kate and Brynn like to spike his little hair and they get more and more excited about all the new things he does each day. It's fun to watch them with him.

We took him to see Santa and he couldn't stop staring at his beard and last night at dinner the girls got balloons and Chase went nuts! He was laughing out loud at them.

He is the sweetest, cuddliest and lovingist guy I know too. Always giving his mommy kisses and hugs.

So big!

So last week at the Dr.'s office Chase did "So Big!" I sent it to Rich but we thought it was a fluke. But yesterday while taking pictures, I asked "How big is Chase?", which usually makes him smile, but he lifted both of his arms up. So at the Dr.'s office, it wasn't a fluke. He's So Big!

Santa 2012

We got our Christmas pictures one tonight and took the kids to see Santa. I was nervous how Brynn would be because last year she was terrified of Santa. But this year, she told me she was going to sit on his lap and tell him she wanted presents and she wasn't kidding! She told him she wanted a pink present. Kate was non stop talking to him. And Chase couldn't stop staring at him. Here's our annual picture.

Spike

Kate wanted to make Chase's hair look like their cousin Bryce's hair so she spiked it. Check him out!

Elves on the shelf are here!

Hermie came back and brought a friend for Brynn. Name is still being decided but it may be "Barbie, Shelf or Snowflake". The elves left notes and brought all 3 Christmas Jammies. They also brought marshmallows to remind them of the snow at the North Pole! The girls were so excited this morning! What a fun year for Christmas for us!
