New home

And we have a home again! We closed on our new house this morning. Our day was busy with painters, cleaners and ac guys. Tomorrow the moving van comes and unloads our stuff. It is so exciting although we still can't believe it's ours :)

So long Marilyn Drive

Today we sold our first house we bought together. It was the same house we came home to as a married couple. The same house that we brought Molly home to. The same house that we brought home all 3 of our babies to. We have built so many memories in this house, it was sad to say goodbye. As I walked around the rooms to make sure we had everything, I remembered one happy memory to keep me from crying harder. Rich and I had lunch together there, alone, today. As Kate left, she said goodbye to each room. Brynn and Chase are too little to remember this home but I will never forget it. Rich put so much work into it to make it perfect. So long 2403. Hope you give the same memories to the new owners as you did to us.

Neighbors

I've mentioned it on here and I'll mention it again. We have been so blessed and fortunate to have the best neighbors. The L family moved in and we hit it off. We have watches their son grow, they've watched my babies grow. And our nightly walks have been the best.

BFFS

6 months old!

My little guy is 6 months old today! And he is just the most happy and content little man. He's a talker too. The other morning we were laying with him listening to him tell us his stories. He's rolling all over the place and scooted across the rug at school last week. He's not a big fan of his cereal. I'm hoping that the fruits and veggies go over a little better. Chase is very relaxed baby. He's not a big napper , but neither were his sisters. And his sisters put the biggest smile on his face. He adores them and them him. Chase is sitting up in his own now too- not for very long but long enough to get a few pictures. Happy 6 months little guy!!!

Kindergarten!

Today was Kate's 1st day of Kindergarten at SMM. She was up early and dressed and so ready. With her backpack on, she walked around the house waiting for it to be time to go. And we were off! We all went and were able to take her into her room. She found her hook with her name and found her friends and did her thing. She was great!! I picked her up and she was smiling from ear to ear. She had a great 1st day and the best part was being outside at recess and seeing her friend Madison.

Best Friends

We went to Ben's 6th birthday party tonight. Kate and Ben have been friends since Kate was born. They've been in "school" together since Kate was 9 months old. They light up when they see each other and just enjoy each others company. His parents and we joke that they are going to get married someday. Who knows?!? This pic may be in their slide show. No matter where they go though, I know they will always be friends.

Pretty girls

Kate wants me to take her picture all the time and because Kate does, Brynn does. Kate is wearing an outfit that was her friend B's when she was little. Brynn wanted to pose in her dress.

Kindergarten Meet & Greet

We took Kate to school today to meet her teacher and the other kids in her class. She didn't want to leave! Phew :). I'll add a picture to this that we took before we went.

Sisters

These sisters absolutely adore their little brother and the feelings go all around. We are so lucky that they all love each other so very much.

5 1/2!

Kate is 5 1/2 today and she couldn't be more excited!! She was up early to tell us and has been reminding us all day. Believe me Kate, we can't believe it either.

Buddies

Chase has a new friend at "school" -Sebastian-who also happens to be the son of our good friends. It's fun to visit the guys everyday and see them hanging out in their vibey seats next to each other. Today was extra special- they wore the same outfit!! They are the 2 cutest guys ( and youngest) in school!
